- Provide feedback to product teams based on customer interactions
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical support
- Knowledge of web hosting, domains, and email services
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
